Online Air Ductulator – HVAC Duct Calculation Tool

The Online Air Ductulator is a professional calculation tool designed for HVAC engineers, designers, and contractors. It enables accurate determination of air velocity, pressure drop, Reynolds number, and friction factor for air ducts based on airflow rate, duct geometry, and air properties.

The calculator supports both circular and rectangular duct configurations and allows users to evaluate airflow performance using either metric or imperial units.

Operating Instructions

  1. Select the preferred unit system (Metric or Imperial).
  2. Choose the duct geometry (Circular or Rectangular).
  3. Enter the duct dimensions.
  4. Specify the airflow rate and select the relevant air temperature and duct roughness factor.
  5. The system will automatically calculate the air velocity, pressure loss, Reynolds number, and friction factor.
  6. Enter user, project information, and generate a professional PDF report containing the calculation results.
